Pay for Term Fees & Tickets

At Revolution Performing Arts we work hard to keep costs to an absolute minimum. Fees vary from school to school according to the number of weeks in the term and whether room hire is charged for at each venue. We try to agree with each school, the use of the main hall, free of charge so we do not have to pass the costs on. However, there are some situations where a fee is paid for room hire, in this instance there is a slight increase in fees to cover this cost.

We have always ensured once your child joins RPA, they are guaranteed a place on our sessions.  With immediate effect and to ensure we comply with our child protection policy, all payments must be received by the invoice deadline. This will ensure your child has a place with RPA the following term.  To be absolutely clear, if payment has not been received your child will not have a place with RPA.  We are very strict on safeguarding and child protection and from this time forward we will only follow up on children who have secured a place from our register should they not make class  for any reason.

Our book keepers, Book Crunchers, will email you an invoice.  There are a variety of ways to pay for your fees:  

  • Bank Transfer.  There will be bank details on the invoice.   Please put your invoice number as a reference so we can allocate your payment swiftly.
  • Paypal.   You do not need a Paypal account to pay by Paypal, you can use your credit/debit card.  We have added a £2 flat charge to pay by Paypal as Paypal fees are so high. Please choose your school below.  We like to offer the option of paying by Paypal as a service to our lovely parents.
  • Pupil Premium.  If you are eligible for free school meals, it may be feasible for your school to pay for your fees.  This is at the school’s discretion and may be worth an enquiry to the school.
