The RPA team are well trained in the RPA ethos, are qualified and/or are professional performance artists, are DBS checked, insured, receive appropriate safeguarding & Prevent training and are paediatric first aid trained. Our leaders meet every 6 weeks to ensure ongoing training and for a wellbeing, development and progress check in.

Fiona Da Silva-Adams, or Fi, Founder & Managing Director, started Revolution Performing Arts (RPA) in 2007 with just four young people and is delighted to facilitate delivery of classes to 400 young people every week
Paul Da Silva-Adams – Director & Guitar Teacher
Paul was born and raised in Fairford. As a young boy Paul had a great childhood but never really had the opportunity to perform. Instead Paul took to playing the guitar with a dream of one day being able to play in front of an audience.
Jim is a trained Actor for the past 4 years, specialising in Film and TV. He has been lucky enough to be featured in a variety of popular TV shows such as; Dr Who, Casualty and This Country (his personal favourite). Jim loves to play sports in his down time and catch up on the latest movies at the cinema.
I’ve loved performing arts from a very early age and I spent much of my childhood at dance classes. I graduated from Exeter University in 2011 with a first class BA(Hons) degree in Drama.

Hello, my name is Isabelle but my students call me Izzy. I am 23 years old and originally from Swindon. I have many years of dance experience across various styles including Ballet, Contemporary, Street and Jazz.
Lucy has just returned from studying English at King’s College London to work as an RPA leader and office support
Grace has always had a passion for performing arts since a young age and has trained in multiple different styles from lyrical/contemporary to hip hop and street dance.

Angel has been dancing since she was 2 years old when she started with ballet. She had been in RPA since she was very little and started in drama babes with her mum Fi.
