Below is the information you need for the weekend. All this would have been sent in a previous email, but I have included it here as a reminder.
Please follow the “information for all bullet points” and look for your Young Person’s class and what you have signed them up for in the “Performances Section” and copy all the information down in your diaries.
Information for all:
- Please make sure your Young Person is wearing their RPA Tops or Jumpers during their performances. Any festive things they have to wear would be amazing – I know I’ll be wearing tinsel ❤️.
- For the outside performances, please wrap up warm with sensible shoes for possibly walking on grass/mud.
Performances:
Friday 1st December
WHO:Oliver Tomkins, Shaw Ridge, Wroughton Infants, Wroughton Juniors.
WHERE: Old Town Enchanted Lights. Meet at Old Town Garden’s Main Entrance. Perform twice at The Bandstand.
WHEN: Arrive at 5:15pm and be collected by Georgia. Leave at 7pm.
INFORMATION: Each performer gets 2 tickets free. One for them and one for their chaperone. Their chaperone will take care of them between their two performances. Those two performances are at 5:30-6:00 and 6:30-7:00.
WHO:Level Up Infinite, Level Up Soar.
WHERE: Old Town Enchanted Lights. Meet at Old Town Garden’s Main Entrance. Perform twice at The Bandstand.
WHEN: Arrive at 5:45pm and be collected by Hannah and Vicki. Leave at 7:30pm.
INFORMATION: Each performer gets 2 tickets free. One for them and one for their chaperone. Their chaperone will take care of them between their two performances. Those two performances are at 6:00-6:30pm and 7:00-7:30pm.
Sunday 3rd December
WHO:Level Up Infinite, Level Up Soar, Malmesbury Wednesday All Stars, Shaw All Stars, Great Western All Stars
WHERE: STEAM Museum, Fire Fly Avenue, Swindon SN2 2EY. Meet in the main Foyer.
WHEN: Arrive at 12:30pm and be collected by Georgia, Jade, and Hannah. Leave at 1:45pm.
INFORMATION: Parking for this event is available at The Outlet Village nearby with a £2 fee. To get tickets for this event for family member and NON-Performers is here. The Performance is from 12:45pm – 1:45pm.
Sunday 3rd December
WHO: Great Western All Stars, Shaw All Stars, Malmesbury Wednesday All Stars.
WHERE: Old Town Gardens. Meet at Old Town Garden’s Main Entrance. Perform twice at The Bandstand.
WHEN: Arrive at 2:45pm and be collected by Georgia and Jade. Leave at 3:30pm.
INFORMATION: Each performer gets 2 tickets free. One for them and one for their chaperone. Their chaperone will take care of them before and after their performance. Those performances is 3:00-3:30pm.
Sunday 3rd December
WHO:Ferndale, Haydon Wick, Malmesbury Wednesday All Stars.
WHERE: Old Town Enchanted Lights. Meet at Old Town Garden’s Main Entrance. Perform twice at The Bandstand.
WHEN: Arrive at 4:45pm and be collected by Jade. Leave at 7pm.
INFORMATION: Each performer gets 2 tickets free. One for them and one for their chaperone. Their chaperone will take care of them between their two performances. Those two performances are at 5:00-5:30pm and 6:30-7:00pm.
WHO: St Barts, RPA Musical Theatre, Lydiard Millicent.
WHERE: Old Town Enchanted Lights. Meet at Old Town Garden’s Main Entrance. Perform twice at The Bandstand.
WHEN: Arrive at 5:15pm and be collected by Ellen. Leave at 7:30pm.
INFORMATION: Each performer gets 2 tickets free. One for them and one for their chaperone. Their chaperone will take care of them between their two performances. Those two performances are at 5:30-6:00pm and 7:00-7:30pm.
WHO: Rapport South.
WHERE: Old Town Enchanted Lights. Meet at Old Town Garden’s Main Entrance. Perform twice at The Bandstand.
WHEN: Arrive at 6:00pm and be collected by Becca. Leave at 7:50pm.
INFORMATION: Each performer gets 2 tickets free. One for them and one for their chaperone. Their chaperone will take care of them between their two performances. Those two performances are at 6:10-6:30pm and 7:30-7:50pm.
